INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING
Individual counseling can be helpful for understanding and managing the symptoms of depression and anxiety, healing from trauma, navigating life transitions, coping with grief and loss, strengthening relationships, and dealing with addiction and dependency.
Our time together will be rooted in a collaborative relationship that offers safety, support, and acceptance and promotes trust so that you are able to make the right changes for your life and unique needs.
COUPLES THERAPY
Whether you're preparing for marriage, working to maintain the relationship through stressful times or considering separation or divorce, couples counseling can help guide you through those experiences. I work collaboratively with couples, helping you work towards solutions and a more satisfying relationship.
PARENTING DIFFICULTIES
Parenting is a bold and daring adventure. Most parents, myself included, have felt like they're just stumbling through, trying to figure out the whole parenting thing. I believe that parenting should be viewed as a mutual journey of intentional growth for both ourselves and our children. My desire is to help you grow "with" your children, which can be extremely beneficial—not only for yourself, but for your them.
COMPLIMENTARY VISIT
The commitment to healing is both financially and emotionally costly. My hope for those who begin this journey is that a commitment to wellness will produce great understanding, meaning and health.
I offer complimentary phone consultations and initial 30 minute counseling sessions free of charge. Finding the right counselor can feel daunting, so it's my desire that we both feel good about moving forward in counseling together—that we're a good fit.
FEES
$175 - Individuals
$210 - Couples
PAYMENT
I am able to process the following forms of payment: credit card, check, cash, or PayPal.*
*If payment is a concern, let me know. I have a limited number of discounts for students and a sliding scale for those experiencing financial hardship.

I currently accept Premera Blue Cross insurance. Please let me know if you would like to utilize insurance, so we can discuss the details.
